Okay, I started planning for my baby's first birthday party and wanted to have the pom-poms shown on Martha Stewart's website that everyone's making. Being the frugal person that I am I didn't want to make them for her party and then just throw them away. So, I figured I could start making them for her room and use whatever I make for her party. I combine them with 2 sets of paper lanterns I bought from Hobby Lobby along with a string of dots that I made using a 1.5" punch and some cardstock paper.
I think it looks pretty spectacular with the big paper mache 'N' I made. Check out my previous post on how I made the N. Here's a few more photos...
